What is EliseAI?
EliseAI is building agentic AI for life's most critical services — housing and healthcare. The mission, in their own words: "Everyone needs a place to live and access to quality healthcare, yet both are often harder to secure than they should be. Our mission is to improve life's most critical areas through AI automation. By rethinking how these systems operate with agentic AI, we give people back what matters most — time, money, and access to essential services they can truly afford."
The product portfolio spans AI for Property Management (LeasingAI for Prospect Management + AI-Guided Tours, ResidentAI for Move-In, Maintenance, Renewals, Delinquency, plus EliseCRM, Lease Audits, VoiceAI, Fee Transparency) and AI for Healthcare (VoiceAI for Women's Health, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic verticals).
EliseAI was co-founded by Minna Song (CEO, MIT Computer Science) and Tony Stoyanov (CTO, University of Cambridge Computer Science). EliseAI is headquartered at 33 E 33rd St, New York, NY 10016 with additional offices in Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, and Toronto. Some roles are remote-eligible. Relocation packages are offered to make moves easier.

The compensation philosophy is transparent — JDs disclose specific ranges (e.g. $145K–$155K base, $280K–$300K OTE for Technical Account Executive CRM Housing).
