What is Turquoise Health?
Turquoise Health is the price and process transparency platform for healthcare finance teams — "we help people know the price of healthcare and build systems that make it work better for everyone."
The product line spans Analyze (one workspace for every workflow), Contracts (contract intelligence built for negotiations), Transactions (revolutionized healthcare transactions), and Compliance (price transparency compliance on autopilot) — all backed by Clear Rates Data, "the most trusted healthcare pricing data."
Turquoise is a fully-remote Series C company serving 300+ enterprise organizations. Investors include a16z, Oak HC/FT, Adams Street, Yosemite, Bessemer Venture Partners, and others. Co-founders Chris Severn and Adam Geitgey "set out to build the kind of company they'd want to work at."

Where will I work?
Turquoise is fully remote across the U.S. with flexible working hours. The team gets biannual in-person company summits, team co-working weeks, and a quarterly $150 co-hanging stipend to meet up with coworkers between summits. The legal entity is San Diego-based.

Turquoise organises hiring around three communities: Engineering ("Solve healthcare's hardest problems across software engineering and data science... Small, high-trust teams with real autonomy and ownership"), Product & Design ("Build and design products changing the way healthcare gets paid"), and Solutions Engineering & Customer Success ("6-12 month track to Customer Success Manager (CSM) with our CS Associate Program").
The Senior Enterprise Account Executive Payer JD reflects the level of ownership: "You will own the full sales cycle – building relationships with executive stakeholders, designing solutions, managing negotiations, and finalizing contracts with the largest companies in healthcare."
